Mobility

Our mobility class focuses on improving joint mobility, flexibility, and movement patterns. It is designed to enhance overall range of motion, reduce stiffness, and improve functional movement in daily activities or sports performance by incorporate exercises and techniques from various disciplines, including yoga, Pilates, and physical therapy.

Here are the key components exercised in our mobility class:

1. Warm-up
2. Joint Mobility Exercises
3. Stretching and Flexibility Exercises
4. Muscle Activation and Control
5. Balance and Proprioception (body position awareness) Training.
6. Mindfulness and Breath Awareness
7. Cool-down and Relaxation
